I’ve been thinking of buying investment properties for a while and one day i was finally ready to pull the trigger and closed on multiple properties in 27days - we worked with a great broker that she recommended and it was a very smooth experience. I called Geri and we immediately started looking. Within a week we started putting offers. Very quickly we were in escrow on 2 investment properties at the same time one of them being a duplex. Due to the complexity of the transaction and lender needed to fund and close on both escrows (2 different escrow companies) at the same time it was quite stressful for me. Luckily Geri kept us on track and moved things along while educating us through all the endless paperwork and questions we had. Highly recommend Geri for all your real estate needs. Before choosing a realtor to sell our home, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property, time and effort, passionate, financial component and how they promote their listings.
Geri stood out as the best out of all. She had recently sold another home in our community at a record speed and above list price; her marketing strategy selling the house was out of the box; She is also highly energetic and I could tell she puts a lot of work into her listings.
We spoke with Geri and then met with her at our home to took a peak at our home to provide a rough estimate. We went with Geri Mudrova to sell our home in El Dorado Hills and she was outstanding in all aspects. She is very prompt in answering our questions, always keeps us updated, providing tons of info on comps in the area. Geri made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a professional interior designor come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, youtube interview with a popular youtube channel in the area and a lot more.

When we decided to look for a house in the fall of 2020 to relocate from Concord, CA to Sacramento area we immediately contacted Geri . We know her from years earlier and we were always impressed by her hardworking and positive personality as well as her professionalism in the real estate area. So we knew this is the agent we want to work with. A little bit hesitant of the real estate market at that time we were not very sure what to do exactly , especially as first time buyers. However, we knew what we like and what we want it as a an interior space and neighbourhood. Geri she was very knowledgeable to advise us where and what to look for based on our budget and needs. Geri was never pushy , always listening to us, answering our questions, she let us take our time to make our own decisions . Actually, the whole process did not take for more than 2 -3 weeks . Luckily, it was very quick process with getting into a contract with the new Riverchase community in West Sacramento. I would just say that: if it was not for Geri we would still going to pay more rent in an old fixer up house in Concord, CA than mortgage now in a brand new build house in West Sacramento. We moved to our dream house at the end of July after waiting nine months to be built. My advice is: even if you decide to buy a new build I suggest you use an agent who can refer you to the builders. It makes the process less stressful than being on your own in the begging at least. Thank you Geri for all your time and inspirations! I was on vacation in Arizona, when i decided i would like to buy an investment property there. I called Geri to ask her what she thought of the market there. She quickly connected me with her partner in Scottsdale and i was on my way shopping for a property while on Vacation.
